Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountability for customer success, including adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Manage the renewals process and identify upselling opportunities
- Drive product adoption and change management projects to meet customer strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Customer Success or 2+ years in a SaaS BDR role with a proven track record
- At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce
- Comfortable leading business value and ROI conversations with multiple decision makers
- Experience with Customer Success software such as Catalyst or Gainsight is a plus
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
