Key Responsibilities
- Review case files and collaborate across teams to resolve escalated patient concerns
- Explain financial details clearly and straightforwardly to patients

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, insurance, and/or patient relations
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies, claim processing, and appeals
- Detailed knowledge of denial language and carrier CARC codes
- Able to apply critical thinking to evaluate complex cases and make informed decisions
