Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (BigCommerce Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for eCommerce and ERP enhancements
• Act as a liaison between technical developers and business stakeholders
• Support BigCommerce platform processes, focusing on shopping carts and purchasing workflows

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or eCommerce projects
• Hands-on experience with the BigCommerce platform is required
• Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and ERP integration
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management
• Experience with ERP systems, with exposure to NetSuite being a plus
