Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Banking Relationship Specialist I to provide support in client onboarding, sales, and ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate client sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams
• Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with bank regulations
• Facilitate new account openings and manage related product cross-selling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Up to five years of business or retail banking experience
• Experience in customer service and business loan processes is a plus
• Working knowledge of banking software and Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
