Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate - Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates contact with assigned leads and schedules introductory meetings
• Develops targeted outbound campaigns and conducts research to identify potential clients
• Collaborates with the sales team and tracks outreach activities in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)
• 1-3 years of inside sales or business development experience in a clinical trial site, CRO, or vendor (preferred)
• Experience selling to clinical trial sponsor companies (preferred)
• Familiarity with clinical trial industry sales intelligence tools (preferred)
• Understanding of the phases and types of clinical trials
