Business Development Manager, M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager, M&A (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify possible acquisition targets based on specific business unit strategies
• Make initial contact with targets to introduce potential acquisitions
• Lead the preparation of initial acquisition proposal presentations and related materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - required
• 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales - required
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced negotiation and mathematical skills required
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office 365 required
