A company is looking for an Associate Business Development Manager for Malaysia & Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
• Manage distributor relationships and oversee trade marketing strategies to ensure effective market coverage
• Coordinate with regional teams to align local strategies with business unit goals and monitor execution progress

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in a CPG company
• Strong sales management and financial acumen with market understanding
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Experience in strategic thinking and presenting ideas to management
• Strong project planning and management skills
