A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support the Western Geography region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the business with reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights from sales data
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage sales data accuracy in Salesforce
- Collaborate with leadership on sales forecasting and maintain documentation of sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and revenue forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Power BI is a plus
