Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and secure new accounts for their services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients to expand the customer base through partnerships and training programs
- Engage with potential clients to assess needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Communicate value propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals while managing the sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in facilitation, including virtual delivery
- Experience in solutions-based selling to C-Suite and HR leaders
- Strong interest in the Education or Skills Training industry preferred
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented
