Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels to generate new business leads
  • Identify and engage mid-market companies that fit the ideal customer profile
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for Sales Directors while maintaining accurate CRM records
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, or enterprise operations is a strong plus
  • Experience selling into commercial mid-market accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with sales engagement tools and CRM systems
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its applications in business challenges
