Key Responsibilities
- Manage & Qualify Inbound Leads: Engage and qualify inbound leads to ensure they fit the solutions offered
- Drive High-Volume Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement to schedule meetings for the sales team
- Event & Campaign Follow-Up: Follow up with leads from events and marketing campaigns to convert interest into opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (or a strong desire to enter sales)
- High energy, coachability, and a self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
- Comfort with high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment focused on metrics
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms (preferred, but not required)
