Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Integrated Marketing leadership to gather requirements and design workflows in Jira and Confluence
• Facilitate tool adoption by creating documentation and leading training sessions for users
• Build and oversee Jira projects and Confluence spaces to enhance team operations and promote best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to partner with and present to Director+ leadership
• Experience in conducting end-user discovery sessions and designing Jira workflows and Confluence spaces
• Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence, including building custom workflows and integrations
• Experience in developing operational processes for marketing teams with a focus on change management
• Track record of building sustainable systems that are successfully transitioned to new owners
