Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Relationship Manager II - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with plan sponsors and channel partners through client contact and issue resolution
- Drive client retention by conducting annual plan reviews and providing investment advisory services
- Coordinate the installation of new groups and manage the enrollment and education process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree or experience in Business Administration preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relationship management experience in retirement plans or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments
- Professional certification required, including Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 within 90 days of hire
- Registration as an investment adviser representative is required as a condition of employment
