A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction, including contract renewals and upselling services
- Act as the primary point of contact for client account management and advocate for clients internally
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients while addressing strategic needs and project implementation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relationship management experience
- Experience reading, interpreting, and negotiating contract terms
- Client-facing presentation experience
- Advanced understanding of the PBM/pharmacy industry
- Proven ability to accommodate east coast time zone business needs
