Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for retention and revenue growth
- Assist with the collection and resolution of past-due invoices

Required Qualifications
- Prior lead generation or inside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
