Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to manage and expand relationships with real estate partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain high-impact partner relationships through strategic account plans aligned with growth goals
  • Develop annual business plans and strategic roadmaps to achieve measurable goals and 100% Net Dollar Retention
  • Drive regional expansion by identifying and recruiting top-performing luxury agents and teams, while collaborating with various teams to execute sales cycles
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in business management, consulting, strategic account management, sales, or business ownership; licensed broker preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in residential real estate with knowledge of local industry associations and market trends
  • Proven leadership abilities to motivate top-performing agents towards achieving goals
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial analysis in real estate
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies based on market conditions
