Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-impact partner relationships through strategic account plans aligned with growth goals
- Develop annual business plans and strategic roadmaps to achieve measurable goals and 100% Net Dollar Retention
- Drive regional expansion by identifying and recruiting top-performing luxury agents and teams, while collaborating with various teams to execute sales cycles
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business management, consulting, strategic account management, sales, or business ownership; licensed broker preferred
- 8+ years of experience in residential real estate with knowledge of local industry associations and market trends
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate top-performing agents towards achieving goals
- Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial analysis in real estate
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies based on market conditions
