Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within government and commercial sectors
• Develop and implement capture strategies, win themes, and value propositions
• Lead cross-functional teams to create comprehensive proposals and monitor capture metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business development or related roles
• 7 years of experience in Health and Human Services for government agencies
• Experience with government procurements, preferably at the state level
• Demonstrated track record of capturing business and building successful partnerships
• Knowledge of government health assistance programs and state healthcare market opportunities
