Card Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Card Operations Manager to oversee the execution and optimization of card programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of card manufacturing and fulfillment, ensuring quality and compliance
• Serve as the primary liaison between issuing banks, networks, processors, and internal teams for program operations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement improvements that enhance cardholder experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in card manufacturing, card program management, or payments operations
• Strong understanding of issuing networks and processors within the Fintech space
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry preferred
• A bias for action and problem-solving in fast-moving environments
