Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative care management activities including outreach, call handling, and service scheduling
- Act as a point of contact for members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and document member records
- Provide outreach to members regarding care plans, resources, and scheduling inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience needed
