Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Operations Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee claims adjudication and assist in the absence of the Claims Supervisor
  • Mentor and coach Claims Operations staff to enhance service quality
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated claims issues and coordinate system testing
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Six or more years of experience in a managed care claims environment
  • Pre-employment background check required
  • Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and coding sets
  • Ability to maintain production and quality goals
