A company is looking for a Claims Operations Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee claims adjudication and assist in the absence of the Claims Supervisor
- Mentor and coach Claims Operations staff to enhance service quality
- Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated claims issues and coordinate system testing
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Six or more years of experience in a managed care claims environment
- Pre-employment background check required
- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and coding sets
- Ability to maintain production and quality goals
