Key Responsibilities

- Mentor project managers and drive internal and external messaging
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business development with established relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region
- Broad understanding of environmental and infrastructure needs and funding challenges
- Demonstrated success in business development and proposal development to municipal and state agencies
- Highly collaborative and able to work with various stakeholders
