Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries via phone and email
- Develop relationships with clients and handle service issues collaboratively
- Ensure compliance and provide training on applicable platforms to clients
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with four years of customer service experience, or an associate degree with two years of experience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics or Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Experience in a corporate or retail customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
