Client Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, including revenue cycle recommendations
• Facilitate client meetings and manage communication between clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing experience within healthcare or revenue cycle management
• Strong revenue cycle management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and V Lookups
• Proven experience in building reports and validating data
• Experience in quality assurance processes
