Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to build strategic relationships with customers and ensure they achieve desired outcomes through product interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of customers for success and satisfaction
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers planning changes or enabling new capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a related function with direct customer advocacy
  • Previous technical support experience
  • Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
  • Familiarity with managing enterprise deployments of iOS, Android, and Chromebook devices
