Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end client case management, including tracking and communication across multiple systems
- Support data validation and delivery for year-end tax forms
- Maintain high-touch client communication and participate in status meetings and updates
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Client Services
- Advanced skills in Customer Success metrics
- Experience with enterprise-level clients in regulated industries
- Familiarity with payroll in US and Canadian tax forms
- Experience with tax year-end processing and data-heavy client services
