Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Proactively source candidates and maintain a strong, qualified candidate pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and align recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or clinical roles
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring in competitive markets
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple requisitions
