Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
- Support HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Proficient with HR technology platforms such as Paylocity and Lattice
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in policy creation and compliance oversight
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making
