Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Proficient with HR technology platforms such as Paylocity and Lattice
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in policy creation and compliance oversight
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making
