A company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new independent service providers (ISPs)
- Identify and close gaps in the service network to enhance service efficiency
- Maintain accurate ISP profiles and track recruitment metrics using Excel
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in home warranty or related fields is a plus
