Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new independent service providers (ISPs)
• Identify and close gaps in the service network to enhance service efficiency
• Maintain accurate ISP profiles and track recruitment metrics using Excel

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in home warranty or related fields is a plus
