HR Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Ops Associate (ServiceNow Knowledge Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in HR-related employee self-service materials
• Leverage AI tools to review, optimize, and create content
• Assist with conducting periodic content audits and support the migration and creation of content

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of knowledge content development or knowledge management role or similar business experience
• Experience with ServiceNow (HR Service Delivery) or other knowledge management platforms
• BA/BS degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (preferred)
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel formulas
• Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT (preferred)
