A company is looking for an HR Ops Associate (ServiceNow Knowledge Management).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in HR-related employee self-service materials
- Leverage AI tools to review, optimize, and create content
- Assist with conducting periodic content audits and support the migration and creation of content
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of knowledge content development or knowledge management role or similar business experience
- Experience with ServiceNow (HR Service Delivery) or other knowledge management platforms
- BA/BS degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (preferred)
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel formulas
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT (preferred)
