Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Recruiter to focus on bringing in experienced brokers to their agent program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source prospects through various methods including cold calling and networking
• Sell the appeal of being an agent to potential candidates
• Screen, interview, and hire top-quality agent prospects while assisting with their onboarding

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, with at least 2 years as a sales recruiter or freight broker
• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated history of being a self-motivated individual
• Strong organization skills
