Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with 2-3 years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles
- Strong knowledge of equitable hiring practices and experience embedding DEIB principles
- Experience collaborating with leadership teams to meet staffing goals and managing external search firms
