A company is looking for a Sr. Business Sourcer to partner with the Recruiting team in building world-class teams across critical business and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational goals
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for corporate functions, from mid-level to senior leadership roles
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage exceptional talent while tracking pipeline health and providing insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of sourcing experience focused on corporate/business roles
- 2+ years of experience sourcing for leadership or executive-level positions
- Proven track record of engaging top talent across G&A functions
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and market intelligence platforms
