Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Business Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and communicate clinical portfolio/program/study progress to Senior Management through detailed dashboards and trackers
• Assess data to identify trends and outliers, directing resources to address issues early
• Support program-level meetings, including setup, minute-taking, and action item follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech-related clinical research
• Experience in managing phase 1-4 clinical trials and CROs
• Demonstrated leadership attributes and interpersonal skills
• Subject matter expertise in US and Global Regulations and Guidance (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR)
