Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new golf course and club customers
• Configure systems and perform data migration to ensure accuracy and continuity for each customer
• Deliver tailored product training and collaborate with Sales and Product teams for smooth transitions

Qualifications

• Golf operations experience required, with familiarity in golf course workflows
• 2-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical aptitude with comfort in data migration and system configuration
• Preferred background in golf course operations or golf management roles
