Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer: Cloud Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish best practices for CI/CD and GitOps workflows
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, focusing on IaC and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/Terragrunt
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
