Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Patient Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from medical providers regarding claims, prior authorizations, eligibility, and benefits
- Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, maintaining a positive and professional tone
- Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting purposes
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 year of call center experience
- Medicaid or billing experience
- Basic computer skills - using Microsoft Teams, Outlook
- Must have wired internet vs. Wi-Fi
