Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from medical providers regarding claims, prior authorizations, eligibility, and benefits
  • Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, maintaining a positive and professional tone
  • Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting purposes
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Medicaid or billing experience
  • Basic computer skills - using Microsoft Teams, Outlook
  • Must have wired internet vs. Wi-Fi
