Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual IOP Therapist (CO - Independently Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy

Required Qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid Colorado independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling
• Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a preset curriculum
• 3 years' experience post independent licensure is highly preferred
