A company is looking for a Contact Center Account Executive for the MidMarket segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and upselling to existing accounts
- Communicate the value of the Contact Center portfolio to senior stakeholders and IT decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in cloud Contact Center or SaaS sales, preferably in the Mid-Market segment
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience selling to Line-of-Business and IT leaders, including C-level executives
- Deep understanding of CCaaS, UCaaS, and cloud communications solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
