A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist to manage communications with courts and process court filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to courts for updates on individual orders and resolve related issues
- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through calls and emails
- Process documents and manage data entry tasks using in-house applications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or service-oriented experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
