CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process and ensure timely completion of financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports, providing insights to leadership
• Design and improve accounting policies and internal controls to support organizational growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounting manager role, preferably in a private-equity-backed environment
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
