Job Summary
A company is looking for a TAS Financial Due Diligence Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee engagement teams on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements/projects
- Supervise, develop, and train staff on engagements, and evaluate performance
- Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through exceptional client service
Required Qualifications
- (8+) years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines
- (5)+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associates
- Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred
- High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude
