Operations Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager, Operations Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage asset-backed debt accounting, monthly activities, and other accounting processes
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Drive process improvements and maintain ownership of SOX key controls while supporting audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a large public multinational company or Big 4 Accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Experience with complex debt and equity transactions
• Knowledge of treasury operations and financial instruments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
