Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles

- Experience in fast-paced, technical environments with shifting priorities
- Fluency in French and English, with presentation skills in both languages
- Understanding of cloud and virtualized compute environments is highly desirable
