Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions and order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and process orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide order confirmations and status updates to customers throughout the order process
  • Resolve billing and pricing inquiries, addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of customer service experience in a monitored environment
  • Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in a distribution company is preferred
  • Ability to manage job responsibilities independently in a remote environment
