Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading print-on-demand and self-publishing services provider in Raleigh, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Assist customers with navigating the website, locating orders, and billing
- Troubleshoot issues related to print-on-demand services and digital publishing
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer support experience (preferably SaaS)
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g. FreshDesk)
- Onsite training in Raleigh, NC for the first week
- Ability to work remotely after initial training
- Some seasonal work to assist with book retail during the holiday season
