A company is looking for a Call Loop Representative who will support the customer experience department by delivering elevated customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from dealers and sales representatives to assist with various inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and modifications for dealers and sales representatives
- Communicate with in-house departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness with wholesale orders
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of customer contact handling experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with technology and problem-solving resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
