Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data in systems
  • Educate members on services and insurance coverage while referring unresolved issues to designated departments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision
