Key Responsibilities
- Lead and influence various phases of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
- Maintain customer engagement to ensure value from insights and increase adoption of location intelligence tools
- Analyze data to present actionable insights and identify opportunities for product evolution
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, SaaS account management, or strategic consulting
- Experience with GIS knowledge, managing complex data products, or cloud infrastructures
- Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading technical conversations
- Proven ability to develop successful collaborations with executive leadership and technical teams
- Curiosity and passion for serving customers with a diplomatic and action-oriented approach
