Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and influence various phases of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
  • Maintain customer engagement to ensure value from insights and increase adoption of location intelligence tools
  • Analyze data to present actionable insights and identify opportunities for product evolution


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, SaaS account management, or strategic consulting
  • Experience with GIS knowledge, managing complex data products, or cloud infrastructures
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading technical conversations
  • Proven ability to develop successful collaborations with executive leadership and technical teams
  • Curiosity and passion for serving customers with a diplomatic and action-oriented approach
