Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Payer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention within assigned accounts
  • Build trusting relationships with client operational leadership and coordinate business review meetings
  • Collaborate with teams to solve issues and improve the effectiveness of solutions for customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in healthcare quality programs, risk adjustment, claims, clinical data exchange, or EMR
  • Experience in a sales, service, or operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus
