Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Specialist - After Hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers
• Act on behalf of local branch offices after hours to handle urgent patient needs and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Collaborate with field leadership to improve patient experiences and support employee programs

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry, or in dispatch or transportation
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication
