Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers
- Act on behalf of local branch offices after hours to handle urgent patient needs and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Collaborate with field leadership to improve patient experiences and support employee programs
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry, or in dispatch or transportation
- Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
- Ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication
